Shipping
The price of shipping is based upon the total price of items purchased. The rates are as follows:
under $15 -- $1.50 shipping
$15 to $39.99 -- $3 shipping
$40 to $99.99 -- $6 shipping
over $100 -- $9
International customers: Rosebud Designs will ship internationally! There are two international rates: $8 if you are ordering card sets, which are cheaper, and $15 for all other items. Please remember to select the appropriate shipping when you check out.
How are my items shipped and how long will it take?
All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Anything in stock will ship within 1-2 days of receiving payment. All goods shipped within the U.S. will be sent First Class, meaning it could take up to a week for your package to arrive.
For custom orders, please allow at least two weeks from the time your order is placed before you receive it.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your items in any way and wish to return them, please send me an e-mail. You will be instructed as to where to send the items back. The buyer must pay for shipping, and will be refunded the purchase price, plus any applicable taxes. NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS, UNLESS IT IS THE FAULT OF ROSEBUD DESIGNS. (For example, the wrong color was made.)
